Hi, we’re Erika and Jaroslav, the couple behind Care-E-Well.
Erika is a primary school teacher with a strong love for learning and continuous study. She is passionate about finding research-based answers and translating evidence into clear, practical guidance that parents can truly trust.
Jaroslav looks after the technical side of the platform. He’s IT-savvy, fascinated by technology and AI, and has a degree in applied ethics, which means data protection, privacy, and responsible use of technology are always a priority.
